SISTER was created to replace paper and fragmented email workflows around annual tax settlement and declarations. It gradually expanded into document management, payslips, employee benefits, HelpDesk, notifications, reports, integrations and archiving.

Guided forms can reveal relevant fields based on previous answers. Payroll teams monitor progress through dashboards and real-time statistics, while outputs can include Excel, CSV and PDF depending on the process.

Core user scenarios support Slovak and English, with a Czech localisation available through SISTERdigi.cz. Branding and settings can be adapted to the organisation.
